Technologies for the formation of a healthy lifestyle

In addition to genetic factors, lifestyle is also influenced by age, gender, education, intelligence, profession, working conditions, education, family traditions and foundations, material well-being, living conditions, personal motivations. Quite often in history, the possibility of maintaining and strengthening health through the use of any one remedy with miraculous properties (physical activity of one kind or another, nutritional supplements, psycho-training, body cleansing, etc.) was suggested. However, some authors focus on the physical component (for example, Hippocrates), some on the spiritual (for example, Democritus), less often the main emphasis is on social factors. Such approaches are clearly not justified. Any tool or phenomenon affects the human body as a whole, and not on any one separate system. Some people, being carried away by one method of promoting health, are ready to swear that it was this method that helped them more than others, turned out to be miraculous.
In such an understanding of a healthy lifestyle, concepts are most often invested:
o the education from early childhood of healthy habits and skills;
o safe and habitable environment;
o knowledge of the effects of surrounding objects on health;
o refusal of bad habits (smoking, drug use, alcohol abuse);
o moderate, physiologically appropriate nutrition o informed choice of products;
o physically active life, including special exercises (for example, fitness);
o compliance with personal and public hygiene;
o knowledge of first aid skills;
o hardening.
All components of a healthy lifestyle (HLS) are interconnected. A person’s physiological state is greatly influenced by his psycho-emotional state, which, in turn, depends on his mental attitudes. Subjectively, a person leading a healthy lifestyle can feel changes in his condition that will be a reward for his efforts: endurance can increase, work capacity can increase, colds can occur less often, mood and well-being can improve.
Health monitoring is carried out using some indicators that have a specific quantitative expression. It is possible to propose such a classification for evaluating the parameters for evaluating healthy lifestyle:
o optimality of motor mode;
o fitness and adaptability to physical activity;
o reserve thermal control system;
o protective reserve of immunity;
o balance of psychological state;
o harmonious family and business relations; o rationality of nutrition;
o sufficiency of personal hygiene;
o lack of bad habits;
o valeological self-education;
o the strength and sustainability of motivation to maintain healthy lifestyle.
Leo Tolstoy wrote: “The demands of people smoking, drinking, eating, not working and turning night into day about the doctor making them healthy, despite their unhealthy lifestyle, are ridiculous.”
A healthy lifestyle gives you greater freedom and power over your own life, making it more fruitful, quality and long lasting.
In this process, the approaches of mass medicine, which are characterized by universal, uniform norms and recommendations, are unacceptable.
That is why often people “try” only a transition, but, not having a quick result, they return to their former way of life. This is not surprising, since a healthy lifestyle involves the rejection of many habitual pleasant living conditions (overeating, comfort, alcohol, smoking, etc.) and, conversely, constant and regular heavy loads for a person not adapted to them and strict regulation lifestyle.
That is, valeological education is not only a process of transferring knowledge, but also organizing a healthy lifestyle for students in their leisure system and family life, physical development in extracurricular activities.

Classes with clients are practice-oriented and are aimed at:
studying and mastering the basics of a healthy lifestyle, ensuring a full safe existence and the implementation of the abilities and needs of the individual in everyday life;
familiarization with the types of dangers that threaten people in modern everyday life, actions in dangerous and emergency situations of natural, social and man-made;
study and development of methods and techniques of protection, minimizing potential damage to the individual and society in dangerous and emergency situations, reducing individual risks;
development of the ability to analyze situations and make safe decisions in everyday life;
formation of ideas about the environmental, socio-cultural, economic characteristics of modern society as an environment of direct life and involvement in it in the process of self-affirmation and self-realization;
formation of the ability to choose moral and psychological attitudes in dangerous and emergency situations;
formation of a respectful, responsible attitude to their own safety and the safety of others, skills of interaction, cooperation necessary for the resolution and prevention of dangerous and emergency situations, awareness of the priority of safety in all spheres of human life.

determines the high efficiency of the body, reducing fatigue at work, high productivity and on this basis – high material wealth;
allows you to abandon bad habits, rationally organize and distribute the time budget with the mandatory use of means and methods of active recreation;
provides cheerfulness, good mood and optimism.
